Collaborating with Cyberseniors.org has been a valuable journey for us at Noble Pixels since 2017. By attentively addressing their requirements, we developed a user-friendly website and management system tailored for youth and seniors. Our current emphasis is on maintaining seamless operations for them. This partnership has been fulfilling, and we take pride in our involvement!
Cyber-Seniors is a nonprofit organization with a noble mission, supporting seniors with learning digital literacy needed to stay connected in the modern world, as well as giving the youth and younger generation an opportunity to gain mentoring experience through volunteering and supporting the senior citizens.
Cyber-Seniors initially consulted us for building their first website for an idea from the viral Cyber-Seniors Documentary. After examining the website idea, we discovered the requirements to be a much larger idea to process, soon to turn into a platform. The client required a user-based system to manage all users and their required processes from mentors joining and onboarding to scheduling various in person and online learning sessions for seniors.
Our client was resolute in their ambition to create this platform, yet initially uncertain about the various processes and potential outcomes involved in the project.
We embarked on our mission with limited financial resources. The client was receptive to phasing the project, which facilitated gradual progress and ongoing development.

We have remained as an extension of the Cyber-Seniors team in facilitating their operation needs and some major additions and improvements in the system each year. By attentively addressing their requirements, we developed a user-friendly website and management system tailored for youth and seniors.
Requiring a custom content management system for handling the public facing content and assets and the registration forms for various types of users.
A management system for the client to handle various parts of a data-driven process between mentors, mentees – Youth and Seniors in this case.
Requiring integrations and internal scheduling for various webinars and one-on-one training sessions.
Offering training sessions to seniors and enabling volunteers to easily find and fulfill mentoring requests.
Volunteer hours from webinars and mentoring sessions are tracked and certified, rewarding youth for their contributions.
Provide mentors with learning materials and quizzes to qualify them for mentoring sessions and volunteer opportunities with seniors.
Since our major portal revamp in 2022, we've been all-in on smooth operations. Partnering with this amazing team has been a rewarding journey, and we're proud to support their critical mission!
