The AI Conversion

Have you converted to AI yet? I’m writing this in the mid-2025 and I have now fully converted to leverage AI for anything I can process with AI except a few things that are intentionally left out.

What do we not use AI for at Noble Pixels?

  • We do not use AI for communication. Writing messages and emails, and writing responses on social media.
  • We do not use AI for finding out what to do next! We drive our curiosity and use our intuitions to act.

What do We use AI for?

  • We use AI for processing coding known as Vibe Coding. Coding has gone through generations of automation and even before joining forces with Artificial Intelligence, we still had developed plenty of automated scripts and libraries that assembled from foundational programming levels to modern client and server side scripting languages. Today working with AI, we are much faster prompting instead of assembling.
    • Can anyone be a Vibe Coder? The truth is Yes, anyone can go to an amazing website like bolt.new and start building a website or web application in few minutes and few prompts.
    • Does that mean they are going to be succesful? That’s hard to say! This is where everything levels again in favour of knowledge and experience. Are you the best digital marketer, developer, and designer to know what a good final product is? Or the validation of your idea and the Go-to-Market Strategy.

What will happen? Of course AI can also answer all these, and everyone can have all the best answers in a snap. It’s just like the time many people knew investing in bitcoin could make them a millionaire, should they have acted and bought some!

We all have our human instincts to resist change. And it’s the work of technology to be the driving force of change, often hurting lives that resisted it and suffered those who weren’t ready with an adaptation plan.

Working for larger companies may be a good thing, protecting people that are key to operation and couldn’t yet be laid off. And the smaller companies may hardly survive in this tough transitions. The questions are asked, now it’s time to realize the answers and act.

Are you going to resist AI as much as possible? If you are doing a job with computer such as data processing, coding, designing, digital marketing and have yet to discover AI, there could not be a better time to start today and join to transition, it takes few days to merge yourself in before you have to work much harder for much less desirable job. It is the nature of a corporate to layoff even it’s CEO if they aren’t performing and evidence shows there are better options.

And if you are a solo entrepreneur or a small tech team, this is your moment. There are literally going to be shortage of people who can solve the problems we have. Why?

With access to tech, more opportunities are created. But How?

Although it seems like we are losing jobs in various markets, but this is the pivotal transitioning point in our human history, one that has never experienced before and you are in for a ride. So sit tight, but don’t just watch unless you’ve saved up enough to get you through safely.

But If you are working like most people to make the means on monthly basis, we are being effected and the shift will change how we live, work and earn our living. There will be jobs that are no longer needed, like my starting tech job as a frontend developer. But some jobs will be much more in demand, like a Solution Architect, who can work with AI and be incredibly fast compare to old way.

But do not worry, the dust will have to settle, where then we all use AI, and there is going to be more qualified results to enter the market. What that means, if you have prototyped a car with much less initial capital, now you can build the factory, hire people and create an economy that is sustainable around this product. This creates new jobs for those need the employment. Now you might also have enough money to build your own small engine for your own small shop. Something that was only possible for Enterprises with large pools of fund to spend on R&D and the chances of failing, at times with no-return outcome predicted initially, but a corporate spending that must have been expensed. Now as a SME, you’re able to transform your R&D and prototyping with AI, tune your results and achieve what was not possible before on the small and medium business sizes.

The AI adaptation process is easier than some may imagine. It’s so similar to the transitions we went through using our smartphones, then Google and our mobile apps for individual needs. Now new apps that each answer our questions and automate us. Figuring how to use AI is really the most intuitive part about it, by just using it, your brain starts rewiring how to work – not necessarily a great thing to go through without some conscious thinking.

But that’s really the good news.

  • If you are an accountant or a bookkeeper, perhaps Google Sheets or Copilot have some methods for you now to not have to balance your sheets manually anymore.
  • If you are a technician, finding out the problems and diagnosis has never been easier, not for all, but for the experienced who now has the speed of the analysis and accuracy of results.
  • And if you are a designer, developer, architect and some one who mixes art with science, you are world is about to expand much faster. You can now see anything you imagine

Using AI will teach us soon that imagining is the hardest part and all we need to do right. To imagine a good future, we need to define it, just like writing a prompt, we need to know what we want, because the outcome can be anything!
